rainy day AND we’re on our way to the vet for a chipped tooth we just found 🥺

curled up into a sack of potatoes at the vet after hearing some bad news…

toby’s going to need either a root canal or tooth extraction for his chipped tooth 😔

that means undergoing anesthesia potentially up to 3 times (one for x-ray, one for root canal, and one for crown) 

idek that i’ve gotten anesthesia 3x in my whole life so i feel so bad and so sad that toby has to experience this 😞😞😞

not to mention the $5-7k+ this is going to cost us 😭

from one dog parent to another, i would def shop around for the cost of this
p.s. if youre worried about three anesthesias, maybe tooth extraction is best since it would just be one anesthesia to remove the tooth since no xray or crown.
growing up, a lot of our dogs lost teeth due to cavities and lived happy lives! p.s.s toy poodles have genetically bad teeth
