More specifically on the product side: Anichess already supports multiple modes like Ranked, Quick Match, Friend Match, and Bot Match. Which of these has proven to be the most popular so far, and how is that influencing your product roadmap and feature priorities?

And on the GTM side, having already reached 1 million matches played, what’s your current growth strategy? Are you targeting specific channels, communities, or regions to scale further from here? @chessdude

Absolutely.
Currently we have been prioritizing both product and marketing. On product side, we are building the Anichess Gambit mode, where players can put in tokens to battle and winner takes all. This could greatly increases competitiveness and invite more competitive players into the game. At the same time, casual players can also grind for tokens through in-game quests so they can also participate in tournaments and shoot for the top prizes.
On marketing front, we are doing a lot of quick experiments thanks to AI. We have a few vibe coders in the team who are passionate and able to ship really fast to generate attention and create hype, especially before TGE. Genius Score is currently live, where people can find out their composite onchain intellectual rating. Crypto MBTI is coming, along with the Anichess Sandbox, a UGC platform for community to create new spells and vote for the best ones for us to develop in game, making it truly community-driven.
