Peel & dice garlic Cut potatoes into 2cm chunks, peeling is as always optional Trim ends off broccolini Boil potatoes Add broccolini in a steamer above Get a deep sided fry pan, cook pork, remove and set aside

Reduce heat to medium, add garlic and sundries tomatoes, cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute Add wine and cook for 1-2 minutes Add cream and basil leaves Season Add pork back into sauce and coat in sauce

Drain potatoes and mash, add butter and maybe a little milk Season Time to plate up Mash on first, pork next, sauce over pork, add broccolini to the side Enjoy Chef ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ
