I am curious, after verkle and other optimizations make it feasible to raise gas limits without significantly increasing strain on validators, would it make sense to actually decrease block times instead of raising gas limits? Like would taking block times from 12 seconds to, say, 2 seconds be equivalent to increasing gas limits 6x? Would this not significantly improve UX and put the L1 more in line with product oriented chains like Solana?
