It’s not only possible, we’ve already seen it work in Taiwan with Pol.is Users can post, upvote, or downvote, but not reply. Posts are surfaced similarly to community notes, where content only rises if people who usually disagree both upvote it @audreyt https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n3R4ze2hesk
