A lot of GenX won't accept HOAs or CC&Rs. They'll just go solo until it's time for the nursing home or the reaper. Our own plan is an offroad off-grid camping trailer.

Love that idea. Considering something similar, or perhaps a tiny house, at least part of the year and the rest overseas.
