I think my problem is even when i understand where things are headed on medium to high time frame i cook myself by getting way too caught up in the LTF fking with my head

I make this mistake every cycle... analysis paralysis. I think its because way down deep I know its all a bunch of bullshit that will eventually crash lol. Bitcoin is the only thing that has saved me despite trying very hard to screw that up too.

I’m staying at a place in Vietnam and there’s no coffee maker or French press. Instead, there's instant coffee made by Vietnamese company Trung Nguyen and... Wow, I don't hate it.

Only the second or third time in my life I’ve had instant coffee.

Can this be true? After sooo many months, have I finally escaped the scarlet letter of "possible spammer?"
