My biggest concern has been a Base monoculture. I get the initial cohort of users are all coinbase alum, but we really need become chain-agnostic imo. Yes, bringing in more solana users, but also other chains. Perhaps collaborating with other chains for hackathons or whatever.

Same and I think especially opening a home to newer chains since innovation, exploration, creativity etc are celebrated here. Abstract, Berachain, Ape, Unichain all should have communities here. I feel like Farcaster should definitely be a place for all chains but have wondered if crypto social will remain more siloed? Is there tech reason that should or would be the case? FC wallet already supports cross chains so I don’t really see an issue there.

I think if Farcaster wants to be the social protocol across all chains, it would need to make more of a push to bring in other chains is my overall point/hope. It's technically possible atm, but my subpoint is that the Base-heavy culture pushes others away
