Discord has a ton of custom icons. You can set it up to be earned by experience.

You could consider gamifying user badges based on engagement from Supercast. For example, people with 100 casts or less have grey name and badge, people with 1,000 casts have green name and badge, and people with 10,000 casts have blue name and badge.

I could create a visual if this interests you.
