I'm guessing this is an unpopular opinion but I liked the WoW Warlords of Draenor Garrison feature.

The concept of player housing is something that people want for sure. I think it isolated people a bit though. But going back to the Warcraft roots, it makes sense to have your own city that you build up over time. Perhaps too complex to do within WoW? Idk
