Depends on how you prepare and your taste.  I did these using a hot brine and refrigerated immediately.  Using that method I like to give at least 3 weeks.  You can also let them ferment a day or two (but some people are scared to do this bc of bacteria) and they are pretty much ready after a few days.

This looks good. How long do you have to wait before they’re ready to eat?
