Last week of teaching DeFi class. Wrapping it up with MiCA. I think there might be a case for doing an Intl DeFi class. 🤔

Have been talking internally about what a legal blockchain module might look like. I have a framework in mind but need more resources. 

Intl DeFi Class is one class. Would look at RoW, not US. Areas: EU, Singapore, China (rules are pretty nuanced), possibly UK, Swiss, & Caribbean for specific issues.

Great idea! Wish I could have take that class in undergrad or law school. One possible approach: start with the Bretton Woods Agreement (and the institutions that followed) and walk through how the framework could have been improved with different aspects of DeFi.
