in 18 days, it’ll be 3 years since i started working full-time in web3. wild af. 

some1 asked me “what would you tell yourself 3 years ago?” — here’s my list:

- you’re def in the right place
- you’re going to make so many awesome friends from around the world
- don’t feel pressure to know it all, you’ll figure it out as you go lol
- nobody *really* knows what they’re doing anyway
- things change quick, just ride the wave
- genuine connections >>> “networking”

I split my time between Web2 and Web3 projects. There’s definitely a special vibe in Web3 that I never felt in Web2, and I think it has to do with the community, as you said—genuine connections.
