This is such an open ended question... I'd probably use whatever gets me the fastest to the market because chances are the initial assumptions about the future of the app will be wrong. Most likely I'll setup a Firebase store and roll with it. It's easy to setup, supported well on iOS and Android and you get a free plan to test the waters with. Don't have to mess around with backend and simply focus on the app. What will I do when the app gains traction? Well, that depends what the app does. 11000 👏
