Someone explain to me how Trump is actually going to implement and execute his 100% tariff on foreign movies.

I'm not an expert. But they're a product like everything else. They need distributors inside the US and can be tariffed accordingly.

But I think they'd have a lot more loopholes than purely physical products.

What's funny is that US exports a lot more in movies than imports so any retaliatory tariff would hurt soo much more than the previous retaliatory tariffs (plus the loss of cultural influence)
