the friction of local govt regulations / tax rules etc still apply, at some point along the startup’s lifespan

you can launch an app and accept payments without needing to worry about incorporation, app store approval, getting a stripe account or bank account, etc. 

always gotta worry about taxes

feels important to lower the cost of starting and experimenting, even if compliance comes for everyone once they have success worth regulating
