i just replaced podcasts and television with books i read in the morning before luna wakes up and then for like an hour before i go to sleep

was this the same when Luna was <1 year old? we’ve got an 11-week old and our television time has been replaced not with books but with putting him down / tryna sleeping ourselves 😂
