How has your routine changed the most, since you've become responsible for a newborn?

honestly, it hasn't change *that* much just yet - they are still kind of in the blob phase where they are also pretty flexible on schedule. we are going to bed a bit earlier and i wake up a bunch in the middle of the night. i am having a harder time finding time to work out. but honestly, i was expecting more of a change — i think it'll come soon :)

first 2 weeks esp were insane shift for me. its so different for everyone.
