Advice request: I'm hosting a small disc golf doubles tourney this weekend. I got a handful of discs to give away as prizes so people know it's serious. It's all friends and family, but I'm looking for ideas to make teams. 1. People make teams organically. Probably unfair, and limits mingling. 2. Kids league and adult league 3. 1 adult, 1 kid per team(number dependent) 4. I decide since I know everyone 5. Everyone throws, farthest and shortest drives pair and so on. 6. Other?

Our doubles league usually does A/B flip, so they split into better players (A) and a b group (just by honesty mostly or knowing who is good) and the you flip discs to pair off (everyone that flips heads up goes in one group, rest in the other and flip again, and just pair down until everyone is paired (when only two people flip the same thing, they're paired)

That's a fun way to do it. Keeps an element of randomness to it.
