Working on my form now that the ice is almost gone. I just can't seem to get my plant foot and coil timing synched up... Any good drills to recommend?

Watch slow-mo on videos of pros and watch when their reach back starts, when they start to pull through in relation to their footing. Ulibarri’s Scratch to Scratch series has some good tips on timing. If you watch Uli, McBeth, Schusterick, the timing is the same, they do a little pump with their arm to sync timing

1.Balance exercises on one leg, such as "one-leg swing" or "tree stand." 2.Foot muscle strengthening exercises, such as picking up objects with your toes or walking barefoot on uneven surfaces. 3.Coordination and agility exercises, such as one-leg hops or jump rope exercises.
