hi @cha-ching,

any update to @fdilekyurdakul SuperRare account?  She got an email saying she can claim Season 2 tips but it still shows 0, when it should be 3184 $RARE.

Hey Zach! Thanks for flagging this. @fdilekyurdakul I check on our end and asked a dev and it shows as 0 from our end. Not sure how Dune analytic is pulling in that data. Dilek do you see anything for Season 3?

I can see season 3 it is 3422 but seaon 2 is 0

Ok! not sure if there's discrepancy w/ the data between Season 2 & 3 and all the farmers chaos but as long if you're seeing Season 3 and able to claim for Season 3 now that is important. I will be here to help in any case. 🙏

FWIW, I don’t have much control over how the queries and data are handled. I understand it’s unfair how bots and farmers have negatively impacted the last two seasons. While it’s beyond my scope to fully address this, I’m willing to share some of my RARE with you for Season 2.

This situation arises solely from an issue with your SR system. Instead of offering me a small amount as if it’s a favor, a serious, respectable, and professional team would have immediately transferred the amount to my wallet via SR. It’s truly unbelievable. It doesn’t feel like I’m dealing with a professional organization but rather a local corner shop. It’s incredibly disappointing to witness this. Building brand trust is not easy, but actions like these can quickly squander any existing reputation. @zachlipp
