also - I blindly Set Approval for All and that was what got me is there anything I need to do to protect the remaining assets in my wallet? I went on revoke.cash and revoked allowances on NFTs there but what about my ETH? is that also vulnerable?

oh no - very sorry! no judgement at all (honestly this isn't your fault, security is WAY too hard here) but were you using a hot wallet or something like a ledger? cc @aman @scharf who are thinking about this deeply with their co.

I was following very poor wallet security practices - this was 100% on me for not having these assets in a cold wallet and using my main wallet for everything

I genuinely believe it's not your fault -- these products make it way too hard. but yes, 1) move everything to a brand-new wallet, pref something hardware based but you can do also do a clean install of another wallet while you wait and 2) if you interact with any dapp, use a burner & something like stelo
