also - I blindly Set Approval for All and that was what got me is there anything I need to do to protect the remaining assets in my wallet? I went on revoke.cash and revoked allowances on NFTs there but what about my ETH? is that also vulnerable?

As long as your seed phrase was not stolen, your ETH should be safe. I would still consider moving all assets to a new wallet (just to be extra safe), preferably a hardware wallet. Only keep some eth in a hot wallet for mints. Would also consider installing Stelo to prevent phishing https://stelolabs.com/

oh no - very sorry! no judgement at all (honestly this isn't your fault, security is WAY too hard here) but were you using a hot wallet or something like a ledger? cc @aman @scharf who are thinking about this deeply with their co.
