Cooked a 3 course meal for my girlfriend’s birthday last week. First course was mushroom thyme tartlets. Entree was a sous vide duck (first time cooking duck!) topped with a cherry reduction, on truffle cauliflower rice. The recipes & wine pairings were 100% provided by ChatGPT, and everything turned out well!
