Who wrote this? This must be one of the weirdest software engineer requirements I've read.

But there is clearly no understanding of the requirements. Who is supposed to work with VSCode, Vim and Emacs? But also why would you require knowledge of an IDE/Editor... that's kinda implied that you know how to use it as an engineer. Your not punching cards...

If you think about this like a filtration process, there's maybe 50 people in the entire world with these credentials that are looking for a job right now, and the fun part is they want to work with a major firm.

I'll never understant why no name companies source ridiculous job reqs.
