First Friday of Lent means Fish Fry Season has begun. Fish Fry Pierogi: broiled haddock in lemon dill pierogi dough, Great Lakes Elliott Ness beer battered and fried to golden brown. Paired with homemade tuna mac and potato salads. Don’t forget the buttered rye bread.
