seems to be coming from the organization perspective. this isn't a critique just wanted to share when came to mind when I read this. also, happens to be my current focus academically so just calling out that obvious bias on my end. When considering the employee/worker perspective in the decentralized environment there's little to no understanding of the impact of exploitation with hidden work, no worker protections with gig work which assumes agency where there might not be any, and of course the challenges of working remotely (tech, taxes yours/theirs, stability, and others).
