the absolute best — wish they got more coverage! they produce some of the coolest and most relevant tech research, very interesting structure as well

They sure are! The existence of research labs like Ink & Switch restore my faith in humanity. 

Hitting problems that go in the direction industry needs to go BUT won’t on their own steam because other forces (VC money)* are flowing in the other direction.  

Local-first vs. “profitability of centralising SaaS”
