One thing I didn't mention in the doc: It can be a lucrative endeavor. This can position Nouncil for long term sustainability. Can also serve as a bridge to help connect Nouns builders to opportunities in all of these ecosystems. There's a bit of a blind spot there.

Doing Nounish, Optimistic and Based thangz

At a very high level I think this is an excellent idea and then the devil is in the execution details. Having Nouns representation throughout Ethereum feels positive sum to me.
