You could easily half staff. It’s not like I had a ton of respect for consulting as a profession before watching what I’m watching right now but i genuinely see no value in what this woman is doing at all. I joke about developer salary deflation or ai taking this job or that one but consulting appears  truly useless in a way I wouldn’t have believed if I wasn’t watching it
