With boots on the ground I think Nouns at Edcon bucks the narrative that conferences can't be a win for Nouns.

Definitely. Highly organized, prepped, rehearsed, etc. Shout out to the ringleaders at Nouns Care who made us all bring out A game.

some of the positive energy def manage to reach me thru farc, but id really like some form of post-mortem on what worked and what didnt mostly keen to understand what makes you think it "was a win" 🙏

I think part of what was effective was that we had a lot of speaking spots throughout tokyo. I spoke 6 times but Nouns as a whole spoke maybe 10 or 12 times (eSports, Nouns Japan, etc). As a result we were constantly speaking to other Speakers, so it wasn't just like the happy go lucky audience member interested but more like people from Protocol Guild or the founders of startups and local Ethereum chapters. It felt like we were reaching our potential auction audience. Finally it wasn't an even just for other Nouners but to expose others to Nouns.

Finally, our current auction price makes Nouns more accessible so that the people above could actual consider purchasing and we're curious about joining and not intimidated by the price. I was speaking like crazy, so that was my connection but it would be cool to get the perspective of people manning the pop up all day.
