When you've done everything humanly possible to achieve a particular target and it's not working, let it go.

Don't sweat over it. Let fate decide the outcome. "Whatever will be, will be" 
Trust the process, trust you will be okay because at the end of the day, we have no power over what the future holds.

I recently just had a mental breakdown too after I did everything humanly possible. The moment I agreed there was nothing more I could do, I tried to get my mental health back together and that saved me from missing out on important things. 

It’s not always nice to sweat over things we can’t change.

Way to go! The truth is, the UNIVERSE will always decide our fate.  Yes, we have a say in it too because we have to work hard to achieve the things you want, but the fact that remains, we can't control certain things, the UNIVERSE does.
