Everything about lifting those 45 kgs off the ground was wrong on my end, be sure to squat then lift with your back tucked in :) The gym got bad benches and i almost fell😆, but couldn’t ruin the video now, good thing i got an experience falling with dumbbells with @donfranklin lol When you press, always move with your gut, your breathing is extremely important on heavy weights. As you progress you realize your form/technique is more crucial as you train to your optimal level.
