It can be a status game, but its rather one of the only wholesome status games to play. What’s even more; if you play it anonymously.. Billionaires play it for the signaling for the most part and there’s all kinds of negative press if they don’t, hell, even if they do.

You could capture the author’s emotives of their cast, and might lead to less misinterpretation in many regards.

What if every cast on here allowed for the author to record the cast as a voice snippet, walking through the Farcaster timeline being able to listen to each author read their cast aloud.. Might be an interesting experience.

Worse yet, the kids on TikTok will go harass artists who they assume stole music from their favorite tiktokker’s like Doja Cat when it was Doja Cat who sampled said artist’s song and someone leaked it without paying said artist.
