good morning GIF! did some more sloppy roto work last night. 22 frames pretty wild how a 30 fps playback hides how bad the drawings are. "another day another sprint"

Why should it look any different though? When he runs, he over-crosses the right arm. Which is what makes his gait look interesting. And a frame like this one is what makes the first approach the camera directly kinda, right?

maybe i like to beat myself up a little lol. i know i spent just under a minute on each frame of this. there's an energy that comes from working fast that i absolutely love. but there's also a trade off. i could take a second lap a little slower and make each frame work as individuals.

Well, I donβt really know much about animation. But I do feel strongly that imperfect things are more interesting. And like you say about the fast energy, that definitely comes across. I like how he looks kinda hasty, like heβs in a hurry. The imperfections add to that. 10 $degen
