Just got a demo of /splits by @w . 

It's a glimpse of what onchain banks can look like.

For someone managing a super small moonlighting project of 3 people would you recommend something like this integrated from the start, or do you feel multisig sufficient

Multisig is generally sufficient, but /split makes the user experience super smooth.

So, if you are managing the funds with non-techies, I highly recommend you give it a try.
