Web3 communities where you need an NFT/token to participate make the trade off of growth + inclusion by keeping it small and special.   Does a medium option exist?  How can you keep it special but also grow as a culture?   I'm nervous we're shooting ourselves in the foot at scale

I strongly agree with this sentiment. Communities with token/NFT barriers can feel exclusive, but that can limit growth and inclusion. It’s like a walled garden—beautiful, but isolated. There must be room for a middle ground: keeping the core intact while creating pathways for education and access. A culture can stay special while still welcoming new voices. Vacuums don’t spark change, and staying too closed off risks missing out on fresh perspectives.
