For the haters hating on @base coining content on @zora y'all don't want crypto to succeed. I don't think people understand the benefit coining content has for creators and the industry as a whole. Firstly as a creator you have an organic way to go viral and get rewarded. Where is that in web2?!?? Secondly why are people calling this token a rug? Just like any coin there's a risk of buying why is a Zora coin any different? Sure, there were token snipers on launch and maybe a feature in the future could be utilizing uniswapv4 hooks and only allowing people to buy up to a max percentage within some time period of token creation; afterwards allowing free unrestricted trading. We should be celebrating the fact that a content coin traded 23m in volume and is the top traded pair on Base excluding $cbtc/usdc and $weth/usdc pairs. More volume on the defi side than all the Coinbase listed base assets combined. I understand some people hate content/meme coins but "Base is for everyone".

Hey @colin in my opinion coining each content (nft) at least right now is not the move. Theres issues @reidtandy listed currently and the Zora erc20 token approach is yet to be proven especially for written content. I think taking a leaf out of farcaster playbook and offering rewards to attract more/better writers is the move at least temporarily. Can do this with $usdc or native $paragraph token. Offer rewards to writers based on metrics (readers/total readers, time spent/total time etc...).This way @paragraph can attract more writers and the writers will bring the readers organically which may bring in more revenue for everyone on the platform with scrolling. Question right now what incentive does a web2 user have to utilize paragraph over say WordPress for a newsletter? I have only published once on @paragraph so am not too familiar with the monetization, but is it clearly better than the web2 alternative?

Would it be possible to add a feature to cast in multiple channels? Say I write something on paragraph and I want to post on /paragraph but also on /base and /base-builds because the content is base related. @ted @dwr.eth Another question is there a reason why I can't cast in some channels like /base? Is it because some channels have a member only cast restriction?

I just don't understand why projects still deploy the bulk of the defi liquidity on mainnet these days over base. Take $PROMPT that just launched today. On base there are 10x the holders with 3x the transfers compared to mainnet. Dexscreener also shows almost an 60% increase in txns and 8x the number of unique wallets that bought/sold on the most liquid base pool compared to the mainnet pool. AND the base pool only has 1/4 of the liquidity. I'm begging projects not to waste their liquidity and make the bulk of their token holders get worse rates.

Some examples - @talent will now distribute eth every Monday automatically to all base builders - Definitive project TGE with $edge and listing on Coinbase -stablecoin volume and liquidity explosion on base -@ohara-ai app coins launch -@liveart launching on base -$doginme and $keycat Coinbase listing -@farcade removes 🎟️ and sets new guidelines for games to graduate -@infecteddotfun moves to solona due to having shitty devs Could there be a base sponsored weekly newsletter where base projects can post like a brief one or two line update for that week? Would be a great aggregator of information.
