Still trying to get my head around how any non-crypto-native is ever going to understand what it means to "mint" something like an author's essay. It seems so unlikely to me that they'll understand that they're supporting the creator directly with earnings. The word just has no connection to their reality.

Certainly makes more sense than mint to a normie. I feel like it sorta still sounds like the value is all for the collector. But yes, it's a definite step in the right direction.
