Longevity is about positive feedback loops. Stop eating early in the day → sleep better with higher HRV → more resilience the next day and greater ability to fast → stop eating early again.

My wording was unclear. I meant to say to have a long fasting window before going to bed. So eating early (breakfast) and fasting in the evening is the best approach.
