Longevity is about positive feedback loops. Stop eating early in the day → sleep better with higher HRV → more resilience the next day and greater ability to fast → stop eating early again.

I find for me not eating late works better. Sleep metrics improve drastically, the earlier I stop eating the better

When’s your last meal and at what time do you go to bed? I’m trying recently to eat at 6pm and sleep at 10pm
