Do they have anything that is no sugar/minimal sugar? Been ordering sourdough from micro bakery

wow thats interesting. Reminded me: i bought some Japanese bakery recipe book they do have less sugar/butter than the American ones, much healthier. I'd still put sourdough on top of all others tho in terms of healthiness
