Best investment you will ever make imo, I've been somewhat consistently seeing a therapist for 2ish yrs now and it's been life changing. Also, found out I have ADHD at 32yrs old which is now medicated and life is 🤌🤌

I can't explain it, it's like I was an alien for 32yrs of my life and now shit just makes sense. I feel extremely blessed and privileged to be able to go thru the process, unfortunately it's not accessible for most
