I don't understand what echo is. Is it crowdfunding? Is it accredited investor dealflow? Is it token-only deals?

how though? securities laws are very strict about who can participate in a raise and how that raise can be done

unless this platform explicitly KYCs (I know they do this much) and prohibits non-accredited investors

It’s a way for retail to access deal flow. Any series or SAFE, doesn’t have to be SAFT. Example would be that that zoz was an angel investor and I had a group. I could then allow members of the group to participate together under terms set by me.

hard to tell from this context, but it sounds like it's a strictly ICO thing?
