To start, Quilibrium, Inc. will offer services to end users to make usage of the platform seamless in transitioning away from other cloud providers.

This is _separate_ from Quilibrium as a protocol. The protocol is an open source project and will be licensed as such in a way that the protocol is not _owned_ by Quilibrium, Inc. This separation is intentional. As launch moves forward, more of the repositories will be opened up to access and contribution from others.

To that end, however, it is important to conclude that there will come a time in which Quilibrium, Inc. is requested to do so.

Quilibrium, Inc. has not received a national security letter or any other classified request for user information.

This separation also is intended to protect the protocol. We have seen how companies in the US have been engaged, and have zero interest in being forced to withhold improvements that could ensure the continued safety of the protocol.
