what's the difference between privacy and secrecy in your ethos?

privacy = I have the choice of what I disclose
secrecy = I have the tools to control that choice

hmm ok. mine are decentralization, freedom of speech, privacy and security. i feel like the tools to adhere to privacy should be a given. security is still my 4th because just because you have the other 3 doesn't necessarily mean you have security
