From the splits newsletter @w @abram @cassie can you share how Quilibrium can be used across L2s/networks to solve the shared signers as Q can privately store them and provide signatures in a truely sharded manner

Quilibrium for MPC key management is basically just a trustless substrate for coordinating signatures. Choice of MPC signature implementation is a decision of the integration
