As promised, the ceremony sequencer has been updated to run larger batches, but is now rate limiting people who are keeping others out of the process.

This is a KZG ceremony, similar to the ongoing one for Ethereum, except it’s targeting a different, higher strength curve (BLS48-581), a needed precursor for launching the Quilibrium network, a decentralized privacy-preserving MPC PaaS
