I’m the founder of Quilibrium. Our goal is to secure every bit of traffic over the internet with a decentralized MPC platform as a service. In three months time, our initial launch phase has accumulated nearly 1,500 nodes, and we’re gearing up for the full launch of the network in just a few weeks.

The opposite: no token involved in the raise, strictly equity. The protocol’s tokens are wholly decoupled from the company — Quilibrium, Inc. itself through participating in the protocol has less than 1% of outstanding tokens.

Token only raise or is there an equity vehicle as well?

The protocol uses Proof of Meaningful Work consensus (https://www.paragraph.xyz/@quilibrium.com/proof-of-meaningful-work) to distribute token rewards. There will not be any special allocations or pre-mines, all tokens presently earned were by node operators. There will not be an ICO/TGE/etc.
