Working on /quilibrium:

This week:
- shipped small tweaks and enhancements to the explorer api
- added the pre-2.0 mint portal for closing out the remaining nodes that haven't yet completed this phase, a very necessary part of getting us to 2.1
- shipped significant reliability improvements to session reinitialization on Quorum, plus websockets restored
- not yet shipped, but:
-- working on getting spaces back online for Quorum overnight
-- similarly working towards milestone 2/3 shipped for testnet
